The name, delivery address, invoice address, email and telephone number entered by the Buyer at checkout apply, and are repeated in the order confirmation email.

The essential characteristics of each piece — materials, dimensions, finish and care requirements — are published on the relevant product page and remain valid for the duration of the offer.

The total sales price including all taxes, the shipping charge and any additional costs are shown on the order summary before confirmation. Payment is made by the methods offered at checkout via [PAYMENT PROVIDER].

Delivery is made by [CARRIER NAME] to the address given by the Buyer, within a maximum of 30 days from order confirmation. Delivery costs are as displayed at checkout.

The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without justification or penalty, by notice to [EMAIL]. Return conditions and the address for returns are set out in the Returns & Exchanges policy, which forms part of this form.

Personalised, engraved or made-to-order pieces, and items unsuitable for return on hygiene grounds once unsealed, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Complaints may be addressed to [EMAIL] or [PHONE]. The Buyer may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

The Buyer acknowledges having read and understood this form electronically before confirming the order and accepting the Distance Sales Agreement.
