This notice explains how LUEL processes personal data in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

2. Personal data we process

Identity and contact data (name, surname, email, telephone), delivery and invoice addresses, order and transaction history, customer service correspondence, and technical data such as IP address and cookie identifiers. Card details are processed solely by our payment provider and are never stored by LUEL.

3. Purposes of processing

Concluding and performing sales contracts, delivering orders, managing returns and refunds, providing customer support, fulfilling legal and tax obligations, preventing fraud, and — where you have consented — sending marketing communications.

4. Legal grounds

Processing is based on Article 5 of the KVKK: necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, the legitimate interests of the data controller, and explicit consent for commercial electronic messages.

5. Transfers to third parties

Data may be shared with logistics providers, payment institutions, accounting and IT service providers, and public authorities where legally required, limited to what is necessary for each purpose. Any transfer abroad takes place under the conditions in Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Retention

Personal data is retained for the periods required by the Turkish Commercial Code, Tax Procedure Law and consumer legislation, and deleted, destroyed or anonymised once those periods expire.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information and rectification, request erasure, object to results produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages. Applications may be submitted to [EMAIL] or in writing to [REGISTERED ADDRESS] and are answered within 30 days.

8. Cookies
