All pieces are handmade in limited runs; slight variations in stone, pearl and finish are inherent to the craft and are not defects. Products are offered subject to availability and stock is confirmed at the moment of order.

Prices are shown in the currency selected and include VAT where applicable. Prices are verified against our records when an order is placed; in the event of an obvious pricing error we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged in full.

All designs, photographs, text, and the LUEL name and marks are the property of the operator and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

These terms may be updated; the version published at the time of your order governs that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent within the limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
