Every LUEL piece is made by hand in Istanbul, checked, and dispatched in protective packaging.

Processing time
In-stock pieces are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces may require additional time, indicated on the product page.
Domestic delivery (Türkiye)
Orders are shipped with [CARRIER NAME] and generally arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
International delivery
International orders are shipped with a tracked service and generally arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Duties, taxes and customs
Prices include VAT where applicable. For deliveries outside Türkiye, any import duties, taxes or customs handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the atelier. If tracking has not updated within three business days, contact us at [EMAIL].
Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or an uncollected delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
